When I try to register, it says I already have an account

This means your email address has already been set up with a login, but may not have an active subscription attached to it (meaning you have no access to our content) If you know your password, reuse the registration link and follow the instructions for existing accounts by clicking the button in the top right corner of the registration pop-up. If you do not know your password, navigate to the login page and select the “forgotten password” option and use the email sent to you to update your password. Once completed, reuse the registration link and follow the instructions for existing accounts.

Does my login give me access to everything available?

We have 2 separate platform subscriptions, which provide access to separate content. As such some content will not be available on each platform if your subscription is to either platform individually.

When I log in, it says Login as another user here

Your login is not attached to an active subscription. To receive a registration link for your active subscription, contact clientsupport@influencerintlligence.com or clientsupport@fashionmonitor.com. If you do not have an active subscription, please contact our sales team at Sales@infleuncerintelligence.com, who will reach out to discuss subscription options with you.

My password does not work

Clicking the “forgotten password” link on the login page will let you enter your email address, and if there is an active login with that email address, you will receive an email that will let you set up a new password.

If you do not receive a password reset email within the next few minutes, the email may have gone to your spam or may have been blocked by your firewall, or the email address has not been set up with a login yet. How often is the platform updated?

Our research and editorial teams update content on the platform daily. If you would like more information or an update on any specific content please contact us either via the platform or directly

When does my subscription end?

When logged in to the platform. You can navigate to the settings and select the “My Subscription” tab on the Influencer Intelligence or the Library tab on Fashion Monitor, where you can see when your current subscription ends.

The Contacts database is a feature of the Fashion Monitor platform subscription. If you do not have a Fashion Monitor subscription, you can not access this database. You will still have access to any contacts representing any influencers or events available in our databases.

The Brands database is not available on the Fashion Monitor platform

The Brands database is a feature of the Influencer Intelligence platform subscription. If you do not have a Influencer Intelligence subscription, you can't access this database. You will still have access to any contacts representing any influencers or events available in our databases.

How do I add new users to my subscription?

To add users to your subscription, please contact your account manager, who can have this done for you. If your account manager is unavailable or you do not know their contact details, you can contact the CS team at clientsupport@influencerintelligence.com or clientsupport@fashionmonitor.com
